‘Healthy at Work’ Office Reopening Guidelines:

On June 1, our Gratz Park Private Wealth team returned to our office building with new guidelines in place to ensure it is the safest environment possible for us as a team, you as our client, and for our community as a whole.  We have taken guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to implement increased safety measures and operational changes.

We are doing this in 5 main ways:

  1. Practicing healthy hygiene by frequent hand washing, and wearing cloth face masks
  2. Intensifying cleaning, disinfecting, and ventilation
  3. Practicing social distancing (six feet) at all times
  4. Continuing virtual meetings, when feasible
  5. Training our team on health and safety protocols

Appointments and Meetings:

Based on the current information, as well as our commitment to keeping our clients, guests, and team safe and in good health, we will be conducting most of our client appointments via telephone and virtually using Zoom, for the time being.  If you prefer a face-to-face meeting in our office, simply let us know, and we will be happy to schedule and accommodate a safe face-to-face meeting.

Please note:  Should you prefer a meeting in our office, we are asking all guests to comply with the following:

  • Re-schedule if you are sick or have been feeling sick
  • Only enter building during scheduled appointment time
  • Wear a face mask upon entering the building (we will have disposable masks available if you do not have one)
  • Use hand sanitizer (provided at entrance) upon entering the building
  • Only one person (or household) in the elevator at a time
  • Practice social distancing

We are continuing to closely monitor all coronavirus-related developments and guidance from government and health officials, including direction, specifically for the state of Kentucky.  We will be sure to keep you up-to-date with any changes that may occur in the coming days.  As always, we are committed to doing all we can to support you as we navigate the days ahead.
