Meredith Poe has been in the financial services industry for over 14 years and originally joined Raymond James Trust in 2018 as an internal trust consultant. She was briefly with Regions Private Wealth Management serving as a trust advisor where she focused on business development, helping current clients create or modify their trust and estate planning and administering the accounts for her book of clients. Prior to this, she served as a wealth relations associate for a private Registered Investment Advisor firm based out of Naples, Florida where she cultivated client relationships serving as their main point of contact. She also has five years’ experience in the Financial Aid Industry with two non-for-profit universities in the Tampa Bay area.
Meredith earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Florida in 2009 and her master’s in business administration from the University of Tampa in 2019.

With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Chris has held various roles ranging from individual production to team leadership, and even served as a regional director of banking. He joined Raymond James Bank in August 2015 as a banking consultant for multiple territories in the Southeast and Midwest.
Since joining Private Client Banking in 2015, Chris has been instrumental in the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Mid-South regions. As a banking consultant, he has excelled in supporting advisors across multiple divisions, solving complex financing scenarios and providing comprehensive balance sheet advice. His outstanding execution has driven remarkable growth for Private Client Banking and the firm as a whole.
Over the last several years, Chris has been an integral contributor to the bank’s educational series Cash & Lending Institute, and the firm’s Private Wealth Advisor program in line with the Private Wealth Initiative. He brings broad industry knowledge and thought leadership, along with a proven record of success with both strategy and execution.
Chris’s dedication, performance and commitment have led to a well-deserved promotion. In his new role, Chris will lead the bank’s field engagement and effectiveness for the Central and Western Divisions by providing deeper support to the banking consultants in market, as well as the firm leadership teams. He will continue to support the Mid-South Region, provide high-level support to divisional and regional directors and have an associate banking consultant report to him.

Laetitia Boyle joined Raymond James Investment Banking within the Business Development Group in 2024 as a director. The group supports advisors and business owner clients through an industry leading collaboration between the Investment Bank and Private Client Group. Leveraging a network of key transaction professionals – legal and accounting firms, mezzanine finance, private equity, and boutique investment banking firms – the team takes pride in helping advisors differentiate and add value to their client relationships.
Previously, she built the Raymond James Securities Based Lending platform and led strategic sales and education for Private Client Banking products, supporting over 8,000 financial advisors. Mrs. Boyle joined Raymond James in 2006, starting in the Options Rotational Development Program, then moved to Corporate & Commercial Real Estate Banking covering the Energy and Real Estate sectors.
She holds a BA in International Business from Eckerd College, is a member of its National Advisory Council, and a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute at Wharton. Mrs. Boyle received the Tampa Bay Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award in 2021. She serves as Treasurer and board member for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Tampa Bay and trustee for the Securities Industry Institute.
