Carsyn serves as the Client Service Specialist at Gratz Park Private Wealth, where she brings an attentive, service-first mindset to every interaction. With a professional background spanning tax accounting, finance, sales, and business development, she supports both our clients and our team by ensuring operational excellence and a warm, welcoming environment in the office.

A native of Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and a former collegiate basketball player, Carsyn earned dual Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Sports Management from Finlandia University. After spending time living and working in North Dakota and Colorado, she relocated to Lexington in 2024 to pursue a career in wealth management.

At Gratz Park Private Wealth, Carsyn is often the first point of contact for clients—greeting guests with warmth, preparing for meetings with care, and assisting with essential administrative and service functions. She helps manage the daily flow of communication, facilitates account paperwork, maintains our client relationship management systems, and provides vital support for financial planning. Carsyn also collaborates with the team to coordinate community events and create a seamless client experience from start to finish.

Outside of work, Carsyn enjoys cooking for friends and family, staying active, hiking, traveling, and building meaningful connections wherever she goes.
